My son is police officer. This past week he was on a disturbance call that turn into a hostage situation. The suspect started stabbing a fellow officer which lead to the death of the suspect shot by my son and another officer. I praise God for my son’s safety in this situation. Lives were saved but a life was lost in the process. I’m so sad for the family of the deceased man. My heart is broken for his family. I’m also torn inside for my son and what his future will look like.
