I ask for a prayer of Christian guidance in a leadership position and endurance. I'm new to this position and I want to not only lead by example but in a Grace given christain way. All most all of the coworkers are agnostic or atheist. I want them to see Him in me. I'm having a really hard time trying to adjust to this new position with little help from my own manager or assistant manager on top of everything else.
I know that the Father has opened my eyes to see more and has put me in this position for a reason. I proclaim that the battle is His, but my flesh is giving me a hard time. This battle is a difficult one for me.
