Lord I pray for my son who is so frustrated with his job. A place that hires many people who speak many different languages and not enough interpertures. How do you communicate with these people. He says he tries to be positive but they come with no identification and they don't speak English and they want jobs. He isn't even sure if they are here legally. God help him and this company to screen these employees. Some come for the bonuses work 3 months and leave. Please pray for this situation.
