my niece ex husband lives in out of state, my great nephew 13 yrs, has High functioning Autism, Court ordered her to send to Texas for Christmas break, her son my great nephew had complete break down over it. her lawyer told her not to send him because it would be considered child neglect, now she is facing Jail time in Texas. Up until last year since her son was 5 biological dad did not want him to visit. Long history of violence, Please pray for God to work the whole situation out in her and her sons favor
