We raised our granddaughter from birth to almost 3 yrs old. Children and Youth Services placed her with us, when she turned 3 years old Cys gave her to the father who can’t read,write,or drive a car. He said that he would never keep her from us. Nov 17 is her birthday we seen her then. We didn’t see her from Nov till Jan.Then they held the placement hearing on Jan 13th after that we were to get her in 10 days for 5 days, we were told when we were to get her that we weren’t going to see her anymore. After the placement hearing he got evicted from where he was living and then changed his phone number so we’re not sure where he is living
