I need strength to carry on during this uncertain time. I work in HR and have so many employees who are afraid of the virus. I am not sure how to counsel them in a comforting way. I encourage them to reach out to someone. I wish I could pray for them at work but I am not able to. I find myself withdrawing into myself for fear of saying the wrong thing or have someone make that assumption. I know God does want me to have a spirit of being timid, but right now it is difficult. Thank you.
