For the last few months I’ve been going through anxiety. I’m 27 years old. It’s going on month 4 now and I am getting better through prayer and prayer meditation but I still have my days to where nothings wrong but I feel blah or some what depressed all because of the anxiety that came about. I am just asking for prayers for continue healing and strength or words of encouragement or if you deal with it ways you figured it to get past it . Thanks all and God bless
