My husband is currently being tested for cancer. We are in a holding pattern due to the pandemic which is very difficult. On top of that he is a contract worker and the amount of work that he typically has is much less creating a financial strain on us. I am struggling under the weight of worry of the unknown and how I am going to be the sole provider for my family. I feel so much pressure. I am trying to home-school the kids, work my job from home and be a support system for my husband. I’m running on empty... I feel like I might break. I have much to be positive for, but inside I’m starting to unravel. I stay up at night and cry in the dark.
