I have been experiencing a low heart rate especially when sleeping according to my fit bit and palpitations as well recently. With all that is going on I am not sure if it is because of my thyroid medication being off, anxiety from the current situation worldwide or stress about my husband's upcoming lab work follow up post cancer that they are concerned about. Please pray for peace and healing and good health.
