I'm deeply sadden with the submission of my resignation this past Friday. I love my job as an Executive Director in healthcare. Unfortunately, I could no longer serve in an organization that is unethical and deceitful. On top of questionable business practices, our facility was dealing with COVID 19. I prayed about this and I'm at peace. However, I am going through the motions that I should have had something in place before resigning; anxiety and second-guessing myself. I, (WE) know that we serve an AWESOME GOD, and as I share my prayer request with my Brothers and Sisters in Christ, I see this as being very therapeutic. Please keep me in your prayers, God knows my heart and my convictions. Integrity and transparency along with Servant Leadership is very important to me. Ask that I may be Called to Serve soon and get back to doing what I love; serving patients with compassion, respect and love. God Bless Each and Everyone of You!
