Hello I would appreciate prayer. I'm a born again Christian who has clinical depression and anxiety. I can self isolate and this stay home mandate has caused me to stay home longer than I should. I need to get out to buy groceries and walk outside. I have a QT and try to read a Christian book everyday. Try to talk to Christian friends on the phone also.
