Christ Lives through You

Since the pandemic began in early 2020, we’ve all talked about and hoped for a return to normal, or at least a “new normal.” But the reality for every single Christ follower is we were never expected to live a normal life. Normal is for those without knowledge of the benefits of salvation.

I have been crucified with Christ: and I myself no longer live, but Christ lives in me. And the real life I now have within this body is a result of my trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
─ Galatians 2:20 TLB

As a child of the family of God, your Heavenly Father expects you to live an extraordinary life. Your faith allows you to lean into all that He has provided. You are a joint heir with Christ, and everything the Father has given to Jesus, He’s given to you (Romans 8:16-17).

You can declare the same words Paul declared in our verse today –

I’ve been crucified with Christ, I no longer live, but Christ lives through me. The eternal life I have now is mine because I trust Jesus, the Son of God, who loves me unconditionally and gave His very life for me to be free from the law of sin and death.

Your Heavenly Father expects you to live an extraordinary life.

Your life is nothing short of miraculous. Your faith expressed each day brings God’s supernatural power into your life.

Today’s One Thing

Take the words of Paul and say them aloud every time you leave your house this week. Pay close attention and trust God for some supernatural things to happen by faith in your life this week.
