His Power in You

You’ve got the power! He lives in you, and it’s not just a little power. It’s the power that raised Christ from the dead.

What is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead.

– Ephesians 1:19-20 ESV

Have you ever daydreamed about having one of the superpowers those fictional superheroes have? Something that would help you get through the challenges you are facing? So much is pulling at you from all directions. Your job, your family and your other commitments swirl around in your mind as you race to the next “thing” calling your name.

Would you like some help? You have all you need in Jesus Christ. He is right there with you. If you think He can’t assist with what you are going through, remember that the same power that raised Him from the dead is in you. God created you and knows better than anyone just what you need.

In Christ, the same power that raised Him from the dead is available to you.

What do you have to do? Work it out? Sweat it out? Figure it out? No. Here’s what you have to do:

• Go boldly in prayer to the throne of our gracious God.
• Humble yourself before Him as He is eager to have mercy on you.
• Trust Him since He has more power than you can comprehend.

Talk to your heavenly Father about your challenges. This great and powerful God is merciful and gracious enough to help you because He loves you and wants what is best for you.

Trust in your powerful God to help you with what concerns you today. Read Ephesians 1:3-8 and thank Him for all He has already provided and will continue to help you with.
