Believe What Is True

Believe what is true about who you are in Christ, and He will use you mightily.

He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit.

– Titus 3:5 ESV

In Christ, you are saved to serve Him. If you believe you are responsible to make yourself worthy, you will be stunted from doing the works God has prepared for you. (See Ephesians 2:10).

It is because of Christ in you that you bring glory to God. You are unworthy, but He is worthy and paid the price for you.

In Christ you are made new in order to bring glory to God.

As you remain in Him by reading His Word and listening to the Holy Spirit, you will discern what He has for you. Refuse the lie that He has no purpose for you or that He can’t use you because you are not good enough.

Jesus bought you with the price of His suffering body and rose victoriously to life in order that you may live in abundance. His tomb is empty, so you can shine with His love and live life to the fullest.

Today’s One Thing

Confess to God any inkling you have of attempting to achieve what He has already done for you. Ask Him to show you how you might glorify Him today.
