God’s Love for You Never Ends

Ah, Lord God! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you.

─ Jeremiah 32:17 ESV

Corrie ten Boom, a Dutch watchmaker born in 1892, just a teen at the time, along with other family members, helped many Jews escape the Nazi Holocaust during World War II by hiding them in her home. Caught and arrested, she was imprisoned at Ravensbrück concentration camp and only by the grace of God, survived the holocaust. She said, “The Lord longs to hear all of our concerns — any concern too small to be turned into a prayer is too small to be made into a burden.”

Her story, told in her book, The Hiding Place, repeatedly demonstrates the Lord’s hand is not too short to save us, nor too deaf to hear our cries (Isaiah 59:1). Her life testifies to God’s ability to protect and keep us in the most horrific circumstances that can occur in the fallen world we live in today.

It’s easy to complain about life – undoubtedly the trials and challenges you face can feel unbearable at times. Remember God’s love spans from the east to the west – it never ends. God will fight for you, no matter where you find yourself today.
