Never Fail

“The Lord your God will then make you successful in everything you do. He will give you many children and numerous livestock, and he will cause your fields to produce abundant harvests, for the Lord will again delight in being good to you as he was to your ancestors.”

What would you do if you knew that each thing you set your mind to do would be successful? Would you approach your goals and dreams with more confidence? Would you be a better:

God’s love for you compels Him to give you everything He has – favor, blessings, health, hope and success in this life. Success may look differently for each one of us. But success in God’s eyes is easy to identify. He provides many examples in His Word. When we choose to please Him by following His way of doing life, we can expect His promises to be at work in our lives.

God has set you up for success.

One of those promises is written in today’s verse. Written long ago to His chosen people in the Old Testament, His promise to be successful in all you do continues today in us, His children.

God has set you up for success. And the exciting news is you don’t have to get stuck in trying to “do” all the commands in the Bible, but instead just live your life each day in a way that pleases Him.
