You’re Gifted for More

You are wonderfully made. The Lord has given you a set of unique gifts and talents. They are to be put to good use. They are to be used to help and encourage others.

“His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’”
– Matthew 25:21 ESV

• Often, it’s in the way something is done that expresses His love. Not that it’s done perfectly.
• Are you musical? Use your music to glorify God.
• Are you administrative? Use your organizational skills to honor your Heavenly Father.
• Do you love children? Offer to care for children by volunteering in that capacity.

You will flourish as you use your talents for the glory of God.

If you are unsure of what your talents are, ask God to show you. Ask people close to you to tell you what they see. Then be faithful to take action in that direction.

Don’t be discouraged if you’ve made a mistake or were made to feel lesser than. Don’t hide them away. Don’t allow fear to stop you from using them. You will flourish as you use your talents for the glory of God.

Ask God to help you and try again. Leave the outcome to Him. Keep trying and seeking to please Him. Soon you’ll find He gives you more to do.
