My son, a Navy veteran, has been a county employee for three years and does facilities maintenance. About six months ago they got a new boss who has been riding my son about his job performance. So prayer request is that my son will advocate for himself, have the courage to reach out to speak with the boss to come up with specific performance goals so he has a specific target he can meet. Prayers that the boss will also see the positive contributions my son is making each day. Thank you!
