Please help me find strength to say what I mean, and mean what I say. I am a people pleaser. I pretend to be happy . I am deeply miserable. I have been taken advantage of (so I feel) and cannot get out of something I got into long ago (relationship). I do not know how to be happy (within). I tell God there are others who need more help than I do. I don't know if I am being selfish or not. I do not want my kids to see how I really am.
