I have a new position - in management, something I have never done before. However, the team I am getting has a very poor image in the company with The past couple of days, she has been really hostile towards me. I really want to make a positive change, succeed, and be used by God to help my team. I would love to boost team morale to make it a place the team actually wants to be more efficient and perform well. Need lots of prayers
