Our church has had 5 deaths this month, 4 of which I knew and was close to either the person who died or to one or more of their family members. I have generalized anxiety and each time I get a message on my phone from the church, my anxiety increases to the point I'm even afraid to look at it fearing the worst. This on top of just passing the 1st anniversary of my Dad's death and my daughters both moving over 400 miles away. leaving me without a child near me. My depression and anxiety are both worse than they have been in several months.
