I have been married for 42 yrs and things are getting bad. I have worked my entire life. Tonight we got into a heated argument regarding a table I had set up with lots of filing. My inpatient husband threw in a box causing a lot more time because I wasn't quick enough getting it done. He is impatient regarding everything. When I asked him why it escalated he got physical pushing me backwards. I hit the ground and was totally stunned. He said he had to protect himself though I never touched him. This unacceptable. I do not know what to do. I have endured negative inpatient behavior as long as I can. I am totally lost.
