I have lived in my apt. for 11 years, but 4 yrs ago, a new mgmt co. took over, there have been ongoing problems with Maintenance not being done, mistakes in their account ledger, communications from tenants mostly not responded to.They manage many complexes and many tenants have complained. Please pray for Mgmt to completely go out of business, quickly. If that's not God's will, please pray that I can move to a better place very soon.
