Need help with my depression. I can’t afford a therapist so this is my last ditch effort. I’ve lost a lot this year, 5 wakes in a 4 month, 2 funerals, being forced to take the Covid vaccine, losing friends after taking the vaccine, and worst of all letting my heart get played. My depression is so bad when it hits I get physically sick when it goes away I feel better. I don’t have the strength to beat it this time on my own. I just need to know someone actually cares about me and not just say it.
