We have a dear couple, that we are friends with, that have faced every parents worst nightmare for the last two years. Their son has become a heavy drug user and has repeatedly chosen homelessness over help. He's been to rehab, but goes back to using soon after. In early Nov. he went to detox, but walked out after 3 days. However, through God's blessings and mercy, he called about 10 days ago to say he was back in detox, this week called again to say he was still there and that he loved them. We ask for prayers for both our friends, and their son. Because God is the only one who is stronger than the draw of addiction.
