I would ask the Lord to renew my hope faith and trust in His goodwill for my life. I would also ask that he help me to heal from my painful past and the sin of my miss trust for him and his love for me. Strengthen me and protect me that the evil one may not come against me Ever again. As I give you thanks for your grace, mercy, forgiveness and ever lasting love for me. Amen.
