Lately I have had so many issues going on - health issues, husband is manic and keeps calling me to ask for things or to complain to me about something that happened in the nursing home, getting new windows in my home, financially tight, double booking myself with appointments, etc. - that I feel like I'm at the end of my rope, hanging on by a thread. Right now, I feel frustrated and as if everything is out of control.
