I am struggling with a decision to.leave my current job for one that is more like I want to do but it is lower paying. I am frightened about making a mistake but I hate my current job and don't seeing it improving. It is only better financially and benefit wise. It is a job that has stressed me out for years and feel like I should take a leap of faith.
