I think my job is in jeopardy. My bosses and I are seeing things philosophically different.
I am trying so hard to do it their way and to meet their goals, but I don't believe their goals truly meet the stakeholders needs.
When things don't go the way the higher heads think it should go, I always get the blame and the ones who truly are to blame get no accountability.
My field has a hiring season so I can't leave for another position and if fired, will my career be over? What will our family of 6 do then?
The last 2 months have been incredibly stressful and I'm only getting 4 hours of sleep on a good day. This is not sustainable. I believe in the power of prayer. I believe more so in the person that we pray to.
Definitely am in need of prayer and encouragement all!
