Pray for somebody to really fight for me. Pray that the council accepts my disability and accepts that no tax is legally due. I have a huge tax demand for my late mother's empty house. It was exempt but the council has retrospectively changed its rules, illegally I believe. I'm too ill to deal with her affairs. I can't find or afford a suitable specialist lawyer, can't risk losing. I have depression, chronic fatigue syndrome and heart failure. I'm retired and can't look after myself properly. My cousin liaises with the council for me, but overestimates my ability and lets the council think I'm far more capable than I am. I'm losing the will to live and can't cope with life and all this hassle.
