I am seeking prayer because I am in a stressful situation and uncertain situation. I committed insurance fraud. I applied and received a one-time payment for lost wages in the amount of $1880.00. A criminal investigator let his business card at my home with a note to please call. I called and asked what this was about and he said it was regarding Progressive Insurance. Ever since then I have been a complete mess and sick to my stomach. I decided to seek an attorney and get some help. He has been good and he contacted the investigator. The investigator told him that I most likely I would need to surrender. The attorney said that more than likely I would be able to pay the money back with no jail time but he could not say that this what will happen. I am asking for prayer because I can not afford to go to jail for many reasons. One being my job, my 94 year old father needs me and a few others. I pray that God can place his hand in this matter, hear my prayer and allows me to pay the money back. I was wrong and I hate myself for doing this.
