My boss is writing me up for insubordination, because I will not lie on my time sheet. She wants me to submit it on Thursday, claiming I have worked Saturday, when Saturday has yet to happen. This case is going to undergo a grievance procedure due to violating policy (policy gives us until Monday to turn in time sheets). I am anxious; please, God, be my defender.
