I pray for help in these moments when I have panic attacks. I can’t breathe. I can’t think. I am sitting in my car just praying. I am trying to leave my ex for the 2nd time, his words hurt so bad. and I don’t want my kids to hurt. I worry for them. I need to be strong for them.
