Press Release: June 14, 2023 – Family Life Radio Hosts Inaugural Summer Music Festival

GLENDALE, AZ (Jun 14, 2023) — Grammy award winning artists for KING + COUNTRY and CeCe Winans headlined the Family Life Radio Fest held on Sunday, June 11 in Glendale, AZ. The nearly 7,000 in attendance heard from some of Christian music favorite artists including Pat Barrett, Andrew Ripp, Johnathan Traylor and Central Live.

The event, hosted by Family Life Radio (FLR) 90.3 FM, had fun for the whole family including interactive photo booths, games and more. Attendees were able to cool off from the summer heat and gather under one roof to lift up the name of God in worship.

“Family Life Radio Fest was a blast. Nothing compares to gathering with faith-minded people with the purpose of drawing closer to God all while experiencing incredible music,” said Mike Kankelfritz, FLR’s chief broadcast engagement officer and morning show host.

Chris, an FLR listener from Phoenix shared, “Thank you Family Life Radio for the music festival! Twenty-six years my wife and I have been married and never have we been able to go to a single concert. Tonight was epic! My wife and I felt like teens again, thank you!”
